can gonorrhea cure itself

This Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) is caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). The mode of transmission of this disease is direct skin to skin contact during sexual activity. Genital warts are the most common STD nowadays. 2/3 of the women who have sexual contact with an infected partner may develop the disease within three months.

These cauliflower shaped warts can spread rapidly, if not properly addressed by a health care professional. Some warts are visible with your naked eyes, while others are just so tiny that you can’t even see them. Signs and symptoms include itchiness, burning sensation and pain in the affected area.

There are available treatments for these warts. These wart-removal procedures do not guarantee that warts will not recur, mainly because HPV virus remains dormant on the skin even after treatments. There is no cure yet for HPV, so the best way to deal with this is through prevention. There is already an available vaccine (Gardasil) for HPV. This drug is also for the prevention of cervical cancer and other HPV caused diseases. Available treatments for Genital warts include medications like Podofilox and Imiquimod. In some severe cases, these warts are removed through surgery, cryotherapy and laser treatment. The treatment of choice will depend on the warts’ size, location and morphology.

The recurrence of these warts is affected by the body’s immune system. The moment that our immunity is low, these warts may reappear. In some cases, pregnant women with history of this disease are more prone from recurrence. This is because pregnant mothers have low immune system. Factors that can trigger the recurrence of these warts include taking oral contraceptives, stress and cigarette smoking. These are the things that individuals with history of Genital Warts should take note.

Are genital warts curable? This is the most common question asked by infected individuals. Most of them really knew that the warts itself are curable, but the virus will remain dormant on the skin. This does not mean that genital warts will stop them from living a normal life. There are ways to prevent the reappearance of the warts. And there are support groups that can guide affected individuals on how to deal with this disease. This question, “Are genital warts curable?” is asked by patients who are concerned with their sexual partners. They are making sure, that they won’t infect others during sexual activities. In this case, what they can do is to lower the risk of transmission of the disease. This is done through the use of condom, being monogamous or not having sex at all.

I Know You Are Skeptical

I would be skeptical too if I were you if someone told me that I could stop having outbreaks and live a herpes free life. What you need to understand is that everything you have been told about modern medicine is not entirely true. You have been told you will be on you prescription antiviral anti-herpes medication for the rest of your life. What they do not tell you is that over time, the herpes virus will adapt to the drug, which will cause the drug to not work as well as it did in the past. This is because the drug is a single compound doing only one particular action on the virus. This makes it easy for herpes to adapt to the drug and overcome those specific actions. In addition, the drug you are on does not make you healthier. In fact, drugs have side effects on your body that you will have to live with. Drugs also do not build your immune system at all. Modern medicine will have you believe that your immunity is completely incapable of fighting this virus by itself. YOu are also skeptical because you have been told there is no cure for herpes. But, you can knock the herpes virus back into submission permanently.

Believe It Or Not, Your Body Can Become Healthy

The body has an incredibly powerful immune system. The body is made to survive anything, especially herpes. Yes, you were exposed to the virus. Yes, you experienced herpes outbreaks and blisters, and probably very painful outbreaks. Your body went quickly into action creating antibodies against the herpes virus, which you were infected. The reason you are or may continue suffering is because modern medicine has no answer for you except the drugs. You need to move your thinking into the alternative medicine field and learn there are other ways of fighting herpes and building your immunity so that you can live without herpes outbreaks.

The Key Is A Complete Program

If you try to stick to one thing to get over your herpes outbreaks, whether conventional or alternative, you will not be successful at living a herpes-free life. A program that contains antiviral herbs, anti-herpes supplements, immune boosting supplements and herbs, will work together to help your body heal and build up immunity. The reason your body is having such a difficult time with herpes outbreaks are because your anti-herpes immune system is deficient and weak. You need to start laying a foundation of immunity while killing off the virus. And, a complete program as mentioned above can stop those outbreaks and help you live a herpes free life.

test of cure for syphilis

I got married nine months ago and ever since I have been experiencing a slight fungal infection on top part ?

of my groin. It is not very itchy,I have used anti-fungal creams but they seem not to cure the problem.I did a syphilis test and turned negative save for some Yeast cells that were detected. My cousin who got married three years ago also complains of same fungal problems! He too has tried anti-fungal creams and medications without much success-for as long as he has been married. One of his{my cousin’s)friend who got married a few months before me also complains of fungal problems! Is there a fungus that stays dormant in women and could be the one causing us this?Is there a permanent solution to this?

Since yeast cells have been identified, so it cud possibly and better be a fungal infection.. certain fungi are less reactant to some drugs or resistant to some drugs.. so probably i’d suggest you to take her to a clinician and ask for a perfect drug.. and since you say it is recurrent, check for her immune status.. because fungal infections are vdery oppurtunistic and occur only when the immunity is down.. and also ask her to keep her private parts dry… because fungi need moisture to live.. so its good to keep the groin dry! hope this helped you!

If I have herpetic whitlow, and me with someone with herpes simplex 1 and I'm immune to it?

Herpetic whitlow and I have not had an outbreak on my hands in years. I'm pretty sure it is herpes simplex 1. I do not know how, but I do work on health. I'm thinking of dating a woman I'm pretty sure you have herpes simplex 1 and seen sores on the lips. Since I already have herpes simplex 1 am at risk of getting in if I kiss her lips. Or are the antibodies that have of the felon, so I get immune tto the lips or genitals. Since it is the same as the herpes simplex?

Just because you have a strain of virus herpes does not mean you can not get another strain of the virus. You're best bet is that they are safe and use protection.

Would you support medical privacy for the military women (mainly) and men?

In the “Glamour” March 2009 Magazine, there was an article that was written about “The Secret Sex Risks Military Women Take” which was mainly about how women in the military have no medical privacy. For instance, when women and men are on duty, they end up having sex with each other which is prohibited. When women or men got infected by the STDs (due to the sex), they go to the Naval doctors to tell them to treat them. When the naval doctors find out that military women and men have been having sex, and were infected, the naval doctors tell their commanders or such which would punish the people whom were infected. Should the naval doctors tell the commander about the health of military men and women or should the naval doctors keep their mouth shut since its confidential?

Until HIV-3 came around to become the first political venereal disease, contact reporting of anyone with VD was mandatory. That meant collecting the names and addresses of everyone the infected person had sex with, within a certain time frame. We did that so they could be contacted, tested and treated (if need be). It was the best way to eliminate the effects of VD among those who did not even know they had such a disease.
Many years ago we did a total hysterectomy on an Army woman. It produced a Congressional inquiry (via her grandmother) wanting to know why we made her virginal grand daughter barren. After unprotected sex with multiple partners, the patient in question had raging chlamydia to the point it had infected her entire reproductive system.
That’s my answer to “Glamour” magazine.

Is it possible to contract STDs even if you and your partner are both virgins?

I’m 15, and my boyfriend and I are interested in getting sexually active. We’ve agreed on condoms for protection, and we’re both virgins. Just out of pure curiosity, is it possible to contract any STDs when not wearing condoms even if you were both virgins and tested negative for STDs? Answering this question will NOT affect my decision in using condoms as protection during sex.

Well it seems extremely unlikely, the only way obviously is if one of you was infected with something somehow.

If you’re both virgins, you’ve both been tested, and you’re using new never used condoms (I would hope that’s common sense, but just in case…) then you’ve nothing to worry about.

How long do PP appointments usually last?

I’m going to Planned Parenthood on Tuesday to get birth control for the first time, so they have to do all those tests, such as checking for STD’s, the pap tests, ect. How long does the appointment usually take, and how can I make my appointment the shortest possible time. I just found out I have to drive up to Chicago for a visitation, and I live about 2 1/2 hours away. My appointment is at 2:45pm. I do not want to reschedule because I’ve already rescheduled once, and they are usually booked up for a few weeks. My original appointment was about two weeks ago, which I had to reschedule.

If anyone has been their procedure’s before, I would appreciate your thoughts. Not only on the durance, but on the procedure itself.

Thanks alot. (:

When I lived in California it was really fast. I’d say the entire process took no more than a half hour. But, the only test I had to do was the pregnancy test.

If I remember correctly, the first thing I did when I got there is fill out some paperwork, then they gave me their “insurance” card. Then I went into one of their rooms and talked with one of the Planned Parenthood people to see how active I was/ what type of protection would suit me, things of that nature. Next was the urine pregnancy test. When that came back negative, they gave me about 6 months of birth control pills and a BAG of condoms and pretty much sent me on my way.

Im not sure if it will be the same with you. Mine was a few years ago, and in California where it is always free and Ive never heard of having to do a PAP at Planned Parenthood unless specifically requested….

hpv herpes difference

How can you tell the difference between HPV warts and Herpes?

This is really embarrassing. I had my papsmear 6 months ago and discovered, quite unfortunately, that I had HPV, both the symptom-less kind and the kind that could show warts. I’ve never seen these warts.

I had sex last week with a new partner, and while I used protection, there was genital to genital contact prior to him putting on a condom. Really stupid, I know. Anyway this morning I woke up with an itching sensation in my vagina, and with the urgency to pee. I believe I also have a urinary tract infection.

Ultimately, my question is, there are a few small wart-looking things in my vagina and while they don’t burn or hurt, it’s just really uncomfortable. I’m really, really nervous that this could be genital herpes. Can anyone help me clarify?

Thank you so much for your help.
