Forget about the virtue, wat u shud be worrying about is TRYING NOT TO GET STDs from ur old ladies. STDs such as hepatitis B&C, HIV-type 1&2, gonorrhea, syphilis, meningitis, giardia, papalloma, vaginalis, and enteritis. So before trying to resolve da conflicts w/ ur old lady or trying to figure out wat types of woman is she, take ur old lady to da doctor & check for STDs. Trust me, u be suprised of wat she might have. Oh yeah, another thing, u might wanna get parternity tests on “supposedly ur kids”.

i had unprotected sex on september 4th. i took the morning after pill about 2 days after…on the 6th. i was warned that the guy who i had sex with might have an STD or even aids. since then i’ve had rare discharge coming from my vagina. it’s an odd smell. and color too…more of a tan color not yellowish/white like usual. i got my period on the 12th…approx. a week after i took the pill. only this time my blood is alot more liquidy and not so thick. it literally is liquid flowing out of me. but its blood. is this normal? do i have an std? i havent had any other symptoms…other than i had a really bad throat infection where it became very swollen and i got whiteish stuff all over it. but that might have been just a throat infection. PLEASE HELP!!!

Your throat infection sounds like Strep. Strep is known for swollen tonsils and white blisters. As for your question, you may have an STD but more than likely you have an infection. When you have sex, you bacteria gets in your vagina and sometimes can do that. If you had sex that recently, you probably are not having symptoms of an STD. I would go to the doctor just to be sure.

My girlfriend tends to bleed during sex, i’ve been with her 8 months and lately had a rocky period. I got tested for chlamydia and were clear, but i’ve heard this can be a symptom of gonorrhoea. No, bleeding during sex is usually not normal. If she is having this problem she should see her gynecologist to rule out problems such as STD’s or cervical cancer. She will need a papsmear to rule out these problems.
As for you, if you are interested in being testing for gonorrhea, it is possible to do that test through a simple urine sample instead of the “q-tip in the urethra” method that you have probably heard about. But, I highly suggest that she see a doctor herself for a papsmear in order to rule out any serious problems such as cervical cancer.
I just had a colposcopy done two wks ago.. I have HPV with dysplasia but now i’m experiencing what seems like?
PID symptoms.. I know that you my feel bloated after a colposcopy but ive been experiencing these symptoms before the colposcopy as well.. I’m wondering since PID is a common cause from chlamydia and Gonorrhea if those two diseases would show up in the colposcopy results? I also had a biopsy taken at the time of the colposcopy.. Just curious because i haven’t been tested for chlamydia or gonorrhea and am wondering if i have either.
Since a colposcopy deals with abnormal cells, positive results for chlamydia and gonorrhea will not show up on your test results for the colpo. Usually chlamydia and gonorrhea are tested with just a simple urine sample. Maybe you could ask your doctor about it the next time you have a check-up. I don’t know all of your symptoms, but bloating can be caused by several things and I wouldn’t worry about having one of those STDs. After my colpo I had several symptoms that could have been mistaken for PID but it was just part of the healing process.
std testing this morning. chronic bladder infections or std?
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Okay so I’ve had sex with a few guys (unprotected obviosuly or I wouldn’t be here) and I’ve been experiencing chronic bladder infections. But I’ve heard you can get those just by not using condoms, but that chlamydia can be misdiagnosed as a bladder infection due to the common syptoms like feeling like you have to pee all the time and burning when you pee, which are a couple of symptoms I have.
I’m going to get tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV this morning. Just to be sure. Just was wondering if any1 else has experienced anything similar.
Well, the only way you can know for sure is to get tested, which is what you are doing (so kudos to you). Chronic bladder infections are not that common; if a bladder infection went untreated (and you’ve not been treated for one as of yet) they progress in to kidney infections (pyelonephritis) and potentially septicemia (a systemic infection that can be life-threatening)……..in other words, you would know if that were the problem. UTI’s need antibiotics to clear up, so the symptoms wouldn’t stay mild and come and go like you describe.
